Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing/set aside the impugned order dated 19.03.2024 and 20.03.2024 passed by the respondent no.2 & 4 (Annexure No.1&2) to this writ petition respectively. B). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents authorities to reinstate to the petitioner on the post of care taker at Rajkiya Samprekshran Grah Ram Nagar Varanasi respondent no.5." 3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 11.11.2024, personal affidavit has been filed by respondent No.2 having order dated 18.11.2024 by which petitioner has been reinstated to the service, therefore, relief prayed has already been granted to him. 4. Petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid facts. 5. Under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed. 6. Accordingly, file is consigned to the record.
