Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties. 2. This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner has made the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to shift the 11 K.V. Line from the petitioners land Gata No.68 Village Rahankala, Tehsil Etmadpur, District Agra. b) Issue a writ order or direction, which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. It is to be noted that the petitioner has already deposited the money for shifting the 11 K.V. Line. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that they are willing to shift the said line, but due intervention by some miscreants the same has not been shifted. 5. In light of the same, the police authority/Station House Officer of the Police Station concerned is directed to assist the Corporation in carrying out the said shifting.
