Even in the revised call, none appears on behalf of the petitioners, however, Sri Mahender Pal Singh Yadav, learned counsel for respondent no. 4 and learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-respondents are present. 3. By means of the present writ petition, a direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in peaceful marital life of petitioners, has been sought. 4. At the very outset, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel, on the basis of instructions received, apprised the Court that petitioner no. 1 is residing with her family members at her native place and as such petitioners are not leading their life as husband and wife, hence, prayer sought through the instant petition cannot be exceeded in favour of the petitioners. 5.
