Having regard to the pleadings and the relief sought in this writ petition, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met, if District Magistrate, Dehradun is directed to take decision on petitioner’s representation. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the District Magistrate, Dehradun to consider and decide petitioner’s representation dated 12.03.2025, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
