Petitioner's grievance, in essence, is that certain unauthorized transfers of land are being made which are also being registered by the Sub Registrar. Although, learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is a restraint order by the State Government not to register sale deeds in such area, but no such document is placed on record. Even otherwise, petitioner's grievance is against private individuals and the remedy of the petitioner would be to seek appropriate injunction against them with regard to transfer of property. A writ petition would not lie for such purposes, at the first instance. Dismissed, accordingly.
