Heard Sri Sunil Kumar Upadhyay, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. 2. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Swar, District Rampur, to decide applications dated 29.05.2024 and 07.06.2024 filed by the petitioner in terms of which the petitioner seeks enforcement of the decree of the Civil Court dated 31.01.2024 passed in Original Suit No. 34-2022. 3. It is not disputed that for enforcement of a decree passed by the Civil Court the appropriate remedy would be to intiate proceedings for execution of the same and a writ petition seeking a direction to an administrative authority to decide an application with regard to the same would not be entertainable. 4. Counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate legal remedy in regard to his grievance. 5.
