Mr. Rohit Kumar, learned counsel for Respondent no.3. 4. The present writ petition (criminal) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed on behalf of the Petitioners, Tahir S/o Sri Shakeel Ahmad and Vishal S/o Sri Manoj Kumar against the Respondent in particular Respondent no.3, Satish Kumar S/o Sri Ashok Kumar, who is the complainant; the present writ petition comes with the prayer to quash the impugned F.I.R. No.150 of 2025 dated 04.06.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 115/351(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at P.S. I.T.I., Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 5. There is another cross case WPCRL No.946 of 2025, whereby similar allegations have been made by the complainant. 6. Compounding Application (IA No.01 of 2025) is also annexed with the signatures of the parties with the present application that is supported with the affidavit of the parties and the said application is being endorsed by the learned counsel for the 2025:UHC:7675 petitioners and Respondent no.3/complainant, Mr. I. D. Paliwal, Advocate and Mr. Rohit Kumar, Advocate respectively. 7. The Petitioners, Tahir & Vishal and Respondent No.3, Satish Kumar are present before this Court, who are identified by their respective counsel. 8. After interacting with the parties especially with Respondent no.3, Satish Kumar the complainant makes a statement that he does not want to proceed with the aforesaid impugned F.I.R. against the petitioners, therefore, the proceedings and other consequential order, if any, arising out of the F.I.R. in question may be quashed whereas learned State counsel poses his formal objection in this regard. 9. In view of the above, the compounding application is allowed. The impugned F.I.R. No.150 of 2025 dated 04.06.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 115/351(2) of BNS, 2023, registered at P.S. I.T.I., Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, is hereby quashed against the petitioners. 10. The present writ petition (criminal) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is, thus, disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
