(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.293 of 2019, under Sections 420, 504 & 506 IPC, Police Station Gadarpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. According to the FIR, the applicant introduced the informant to the co-accused. Thereafter, the co- accused, in the name of securing job, took Rs.11,60,000/- from the informant and others. The co- accused did neither keep his promise nor he did return the money. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that he has not taken the name; he did not given any assurance to the informant; he has simply been 2 assigned the role of introducing the informant to the co- accused. 5. Learned State Counsel would submit that, in fact, according to the FIR, the money was given to the co- accused, but he would submit that during investigation, it was revealed that some cash was taken by the applicant also. 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
