The present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 14964 of 2015, (State of U.P. Vs. Dipak Chaturvedi and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 132 of 2015, under Sections 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C., Police Station- Kidwai Nagar, District- Kanpur Nagar, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 25.06.2015 pending in the Court of Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Kanpur Nagar. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
