Accordingly, the statement of facts/compliance accompanied with the application is taken on record. 2. CM disposed of. CCP(S) 173/2021 in[WP(C) 1200/2020] 3. The petitioner alleges non-compliance of order dated 21.08.2020, whereby WP(C) No. 1200/2020 was disposed of with the consent of learned counsel for the parties, directing respondents, particularly respondents 1 and 2, to treat the writ petition as representation and consider the grievance projected therein in accordance with rules within two months from the date the certified copy of the order along with complete set of the petition was made available. 4. As the said direction was not complied with within the stipulated time, the present petition came to be filed, in which notice was issued on 19.04.2025. 5. The record reveals that various statements of facts have been filed by the respondents, the latest on 08.11.2025, indicating that the matter was examined and, keeping in view the stand taken and the hypersensitive nature of the area, the petitioner’s claim for vacation of the premises at Karan Nagar, Srinagar was rejected for reasons recorded in the consideration order. 6. Since the writ court’s direction stands complied with through a detailed consideration order which has been placed on record along with the compliance report, this Court finds no further cause to proceed in the matter. 7. Accordingly, proceedings in the instant contempt petition are closed, and Rule, if any, shall stand discharged. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said consideration order, if so advised. (WASIM SADIQ NARGAL) JUDGE SRINAGAR: 11-11-2025 Mubashir
