This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the impugned order dated 10.04.2024 passed by Special Judge Prevention of Corruption Act, District Varanasi, Court No. 1 in Case Crime No. 41-B of 2006, under Sections 409, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 201, 218 r/w Section 120-B/34 I.P.C., Police Station Sukhpura, District Ballia. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that byway of instant application, applicant challenged the order dated 10.04.2024 by which process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. was issued against him but now instant application has become infructuous and therefore, the same may be dismissed as infructuous. 4. Learned A.G.A. is having no objection. 5. In view of the above, instant application filed by the applicant stands dismissed as infructuous.
