The instant application has been filed for quashing the entire Case No. 1161 of 2017, Case Crime No. 68/2016, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and Section 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S.- Kotwali Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar, pending in the court of learned Civil Judge (J.D), F.T.C.-II, Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. As the proceeding in the present case has already been quashed in connected case i.e. Application U/S 482 No. 39737 of 2024 (Mohd. Rafeeque and another Vs. State of U.P. and another) on the basis of compromise which has been verified by the court below by order dated 21.09.2024, therefore, proceeding is quashed against the present applicant and present application is allowed accordingly.
