CMP No. 17463/2025 Following order was passed in the matter on 08.08.2025: - “CMP No. 17463/2025 Ms. Meenu Sharma, Deputy Accountant General of respondent No.5 is present and informs the Court that the case of the petitioner was received in the office of respondent No.5 complete in all respect, but for the Finality Certificate, which is required to be made part of file was not accompanying it & it is for that reason, objection has been raised by respondent No.5 and the case has been sent back on 06.08.2025 to the concerned quarter for getting the Finality Certificate. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the aforesaid document as called for by respondent No.5, the same shall be made available to it within a week. The Deputy Accountant General assures that the needful will be done within a week, thereafter. List the matter on 03.09.2025.” 2. Pursuant to above, learned counsel for respondent No.5 has placed on record Pension Payment Order (PPO) sanctioned in petitioner’s favour on 19.08.2025, whereunder pension has been sanctioned in his favour w.e.f. 01.01.2018. 3. Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that due and admissible pension along with arrears thereof shall be released to the petitioner within three weeks from today. 4. Taking note of above documents and the assurances given by learned Deputy Advocate General, the application to stand disposed of. Accordingly, the matter is closed.
