The order impugned records that the order of cancellation can be challenged in appeal under Rule 66 (2) of The Drug Rules, 1945. 2. Since petitioner has statutory remedy of preferring an appeal against the order impugned, we decline to entertain the present petition. 3. It is, however, provided that in the event petitioner prefers an appeal within 10 days from today, the same shall be entertained without raising any objection with regard to limitation.
