2. The present application under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 (Erstwhile Section 482 of the Cr.P.C.) on behalf of the applicant/respondent no.2 seeks the following prayers:
“In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass an order thereby directing the Registrar General of Delhi High Court to release the amount of Rs. 3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakh Fifty Thousand Only) in favour of the Applicant/Respondent No. 2 within one week from the date of the order of this Hon’ble Court. Any other order or relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper be pleased to pass in favour of the Applicant/ This is a digitally signed order. 3. It is further pointed out that during the pendency of the present petition, a total sum of Rs. 10,50,000/- in various installments were deposited before this Court. It is further pointed out that the proceedings before the learned Family Court has since been settled vide Agreement dated 21.12.2024, in pursuance of which all the disputes between the parties have been amicably resolved.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner/non-applicant submits that the matter has been settled and there is no objection to the prayer in the present application.
5. In view of the above, the application is allowed. Let the sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- be released in favour of applicant/respondent no.2 within a week from this order.
6. The application is disposed of accordingly.

7. In view of the aforesaid agreement between the parties, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
8. Leave granted.
9. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.

11. The next date of hearing fixed in the matter, i.e., 07.04.2025 stands cancelled.
