A supplementary affidavit is filed by the petitioner disclosing the fact that during pendency of the instant writ petition, the petitioner has been transferred to a school within the jurisdiction of District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Hooghly. 2. Let the supplementary affidavit as above be taken on record. 3. Liberty is granted to add the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Hooghly as a party respondent in the instant case. 4. The subject matter of the writ petition is with regard to grant of higher pay scale to the writ petitioner, pursuant to her higher qualification. 5. The prayer to that effect, has been made by the Head of the Institution to the District Inspector of Schools vide letter dated April 6, 2015. 6. Sk. Sahjahan Ali, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks that adequate relief be granted to the writ petitioner in the instant case by allowing her prayers here. 2 7. Mr. Rajat Dutta, learned counsel is representing the State through virtual mode. 8. He submits that the petitioner’s case may be considered by the concerned respondent authority. 9. Having heard both the learned counsels for the parties and after perusal of the documents available on record, the Court finds it proper to dispose of the instant writ petition by directing the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Hooghly/added respondent to consider the prayer contained in the letter dated April 6, 2015. 10. Let a copy thereof be submitted in the office of the District Inspector of Schools, Secondary Education, Hooghly along with the copy of this order. 11. While considering the prayer as above, the said respondent authority shall grant opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the School Authority, if found necessary and pass a reasoned order, if not the prayer of the writ petitioner is allowed immediately by the same. 12. The entire exercise as above should be concluded by the said added respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of copy of this order. 13. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied by the respondents including the private respondents. 3 14. With the above observations and directions, the writ petition being No WPA 2750 of 2020 is disposed of, along with the pending applications, if any. 15.
