[2] The present Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for drawing up contempt proceeding against the respondent-contemnors for willful and deliberate disobedience and disregard of the specific direction of this Court dated 06.09.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No.575 of 2024. [3] It is seen from the record that in pursuance of the order dated 06.09.2024 passed by this Court, the respondent i.e. Director of Industries & Commerce, Govt. of Tripura issued a memorandum dated 21st October,2024 wherein a decision has been taken by him. Accordingly, nothing survives there for adjudication. [4] In view of the above, the present Contempt Petition is dismissed.
