Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent no.5/The Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Mandhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated July 24, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.5/The Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division, Mandhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited, Tilhar, Shahjahanpur is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner dated July 24, 2024 within a period of four weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
