It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the proceedings under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has been initiated against the petitioner. The dispute in the present case is that on Gata No.202, Village Rayath Tappa Rudhauli, Pargana Magar Paschim, Tehsil Rudhauli, District Basti. Gata No.202 is with regard to chak marg and the petitioner has not encroached on the chak marg. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that ends of justice would be served if the demarcation of the chak marg is made by respondent authorities on Gata No.202 and, if any, encroachment is found by the respondents, the petitioner will remove the same immediately. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondent no.3 is directed to demarcate the chak marg being Gata No.202 within a period of 15 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The demarcation proceedings shall be held in the presence of the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondent no.3 in demarcation proceedings.
