Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 4(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30866 of 2024, dated 11.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District Judge, Mayiladuthurai on 29.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge. 4.
