The instant application has been filed for quashing the charge sheet dated 08.02.2021 as well as entire proceeding of Case No.4599 of 2021, arising out of Case Crime No.362 of 2020, under Sections 498A, 323, 307 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Barkhera, District Pilibhit. 3. From perusal of order sheet, appears that this Court, vide order dated 02.12.2024 considering the fact that parties have settled their dispute amicably and entered into a written compromise, directed the parties to appear before the court below and court below was also directed to verify the aforesaid compromise and submits its report to this Court. However, as per office report dated 03.01.2025, report of compromise verification is still awaited. 4. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with direction to the court below to verify the aforesaid compromise within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, after summoning the parties. 5. For a period of one month or till verification of compromise, whichever is earlier, no coercive action shall be taken against the applicants in the aforesaid case. 6. However, the parties are at liberty to file a fresh application under Section 528 BNSS to quash the impugned proceeding on the basis of verified copy of compromise, if need arises.
