Present petition has been preferred with a prayer to direct the learned Court of Additional Session Judge/F.T.C.-II, Azamgarh/concerned court to decide the Revision no. 463 of 2023 (Ram Darash Vs State & another), under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. Police Station Atraulia, District Azamgarh, within stipulated period. 3. By bare perusal of the order sheet pertaining to aforesaid case, it is transpired that the matter has been posted over the next date in majority of the dates. No substantial order has been passed till date and the matter is pending since 07.12.2023. 4. In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, learned Court of Additional Session Judge/F.T.C.-II, Azamgarh/concerned court is hereby directed to expedite the Revision no. 463 of 2023 (Ram Darash Vs State & another), under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C. Police Station Atraulia, District Azamgarh, preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment and without extended any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties unless the same is unavoidable but after giving full opportunity of hearing to both sides. Both the parties are hereby directed to extend full cooperation to the concerned court for achieving the directions as made above. 5. The instant petition stands disposed of accordingly.
