Learned Standing Counsel points out that twice such request of petitioner has already been rejected. Instruction has also been furnished, according to which, there are 20 criminal cases pending against him. Copy of instruction has been furnished to the petitioner's counsel. 3. Considering the criminal history of petitioner as also the fact that previous two request in that regard has already been rejected, we find no good ground to interfere in the present petition.
