4. By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:-
(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities (specifically respondent no. 1) to pay the balance payment of Rs. 15,68,64,427/- (Rs. Fifteen Crores Sixty- Eight Lakh Sixty-Four Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty-Seven only) to the petitioner firm within a specific period which is pending for the last 8 years.
(ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authorities to release the payment of Rs. 2,00,22,000/- (Rupees Two Crore only) which was paid to the respondent no. 1 as security in lieu of the work orders.
(iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to further pay 18% interest on the balance payment of Rs. Rs. 15,68,64,427/- (Rs. Fifteen Crores Sixty-Eight Lakh Sixty-Four Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty-Seven only) & Rs. 2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crore only) to the petitioner firm pending for the last 8 years.
5. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
she wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach appropriate Forum.
6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed, with the aforesaid liberty.
