A copy of the order/judgment dated 03.03.2025, passed in Case No. 0139/2021 by the Consolidation Officer, Rustampur, Gorakhpur, has been enclosed with the said report. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners has conceded that now that the order has been passed by the Consolidation Officer, this petition has been rendered infructuous.
