State of U.P. and others) as well as order dated 03.02.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Court No.2, Prayagraj in Misc. Application No.656 of 2024 (Om Prakash Vs. Hari Singh and others), under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C., Police Station Bahariya, District Prayagraj. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press the present application and it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
