Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for the State-respondents. 2. In pith and substance, the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the final report was prepared in Case Crime No. 107 of 2019, under Sections 363-A, 366-A, and 368 IPC, Police Station Mariyahun, District Jaunpur, further investigation was directed upon a protest. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that although the said proceedings are still pending consideration, her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C./183 B.N.S.S. has not been recorded till date. 3. Considering the factual situation, we are not inclined to keep the matter pending. With the consent of the parties, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the observation that if, till date, in the aforementioned case crime, the petitioner's statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C./183 B.N.S.S. has not been recorded, it is expected that the same shall be recorded expeditiously and that the investigation shall also be concluded at the earliest.
