It is submitted that the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had passed a judgment in Civil Writ Petition No.2274 of 2021, titled as Satya Devi Versus State of H.P. and others and connected matters, decided on 28.05.2024, on the basis of which, learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition on 10.12.2024. 4. It is further submitted that the Apex Court has stayed various orders passed by this Court subsequent to Satya Devi’s case. 5. Accordingly, the operation of impugned judgment shall remain stayed.
