Accordingly, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to respondent herein to nd the respondent authorities, more particularly, 2 and dispose of the Appeal preferred by the petitioner against the consider dated 14.11.2024 passed by Revenue Divisional Authority/ respondent No.3 vide D.Dis.No.268/2024/G, which was received by respondent No.2 on 09.12.2024 and to pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to both the parties, within a period of three orders 2019(8) SCALE 544 f V 7 (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till disposal of the said Appeal, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained by all the parties concerned. There shall be no order as to costs.
