Punjab Naonal Bank”, to file the appeal as an indigent person under Order 33 of the Code of Civil Procedure was declined by the learned Appellate Court of District and Sessions Judge, Ferozepur vide impugned order dated 18.09.2024 and the peoner-appellant was granted me upto 08.10.2024 to submit the Court fee. Peoner has assailed the aforesaid order. A8er hearing learned counsel for the peoner, when this Court was not inclined to interfere in the impugned order, learned counsel has prayed to grant some me so as to submit the Court fee before the concerned Appellate Court and to set aside the order dated 08.10.2024, whereby appeal was dismissed on account of non-compliance of the order dated 18.09.2024.
