A compounding application has been moved by the petitioner and on the basis of the said compounding application between the parties, he wants the impugned F.I.R. to be quashed. 5. As per the allegations lodged in the F.I.R. the petitioner has forged a School Leaving Certificate to get a service of Class IVth Employee in Irrigation Department, Vikas Nagar, Dakpathar, District Dehradun. 6. The informant is nothing more than just a whistleblower in the present case, who has lodged the F.I.R., therefore, he cannot enter into compromise with the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, compounding application is rejected. WPCRL No.965 of 2024 8. Parties are present before this Court except the informant who is present through video conferencing. 9. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent-Department has found date of birth of the petitioner in all the documents including the School Leaving Certificate as 16.11.1966 and he has been retained in service. 10. In view of the aforesaid reasons, prima facie, a case is made out against the petitioner. 11. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed in limine. (Pankaj Purohit, J.) 25.04.2025 SK
