This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 05.12.2022 passed by Additional Commissioner (Administration), Jhansi Division, Jhansi in Case No. 00131/2020 (Computer Case No. C202006000000131), Rajaram Sharma Vs. Ram Dayal & others, allowing the revision filed by respondent No. 5. 3. A preliminary objection has been raised by learned counsel for the Gaon Sabha as well as learned Standing Counsel that against the order impugned, the petitioners have alternative remedy of filing a revision before the Board of Revenue under Section 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. In view of above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedy as available to them under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 6. Office is directed to return the certified copies of the documents annexed with the petition to learned counsel for the petitioners after retaining photocopy of the same on record.
