The writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 18.1.2011 passed by respondent no.2(Annexure No.1 to the writ petition). " 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that land of petitioners has also been included in the ceiling of another tenure holder. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioners has remedy of filing an appeal. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal. 6.
