The present writ petition (criminal) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed on behalf of the Petitioners, Satish Kumar S/o Sri Ashok Kumar, Vipin Kumar S/o Sri Rajesh Kumar and Amar Jeet Singh @ Sonu Kumar S/o Sri Ramesh Chandra against the Respondent in particular Respondent no.3, Tahir Hussain S/o Shakeel Ahmad, who is the complainant; the present writ petition comes with the prayer to quash the impugned F.I.R. No.146 of 2025 dated 29.05.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 115/118 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, registered at P.S. I.T.I., Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 5. Compounding Application (IA No.01 of 2025) is also annexed with the signatures of the parties with the present application that is supported with the affidavit of the parties and the said application is being endorsed by the learned counsel for the petitioners and Respondent no.3/complainant, Mr. I. 2025:UHC:7689 D. Paliwal, Advocate and Mr. Rohit Kumar, Advocate respectively. 6. The Petitioners, Satish Kumar, Vipin Kumar & Amar Jeet Singh and Respondent No.3, Tahir Hussain are present before this Court, who are identified by their respective counsel. 7. After interacting with the parties especially with Respondent no.3, Tahir Hussain the complainant makes a statement that he does not want to proceed with the aforesaid impugned F.I.R. against the petitioners, therefore, the proceedings and other consequential order, if any, arising out of the F.I.R. in question may be quashed whereas learned State counsel poses his formal objection in this regard. 8. In view of the above, the compounding application is allowed. The impugned F.I.R. No.146 of 2025 dated 29.05.2025 for the offence punishable under Sections 115/118 and 3(5) of BNS, 2023, registered at P.S. I.T.I., Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar, is hereby quashed against the petitioners. 9. The present writ petition (criminal) under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is, thus, disposed of in terms of the compromise arrived at between the parties.
