ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“….to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ Of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd Respondent in not receiving the complaint and registering a crime against the Respondent 4 and 5 for the offences committed on 30-3- 2019 as illegal, arbitrary, whimsical, malafide, colorable exercise of power, violating Art. 14, 19, and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to receive the Petitioner's complaint and register a crime against the Respondents 4 and 5 and pass…”
2. None appeared for the petitioner, though the matter is posted under the caption for dismissal. There was no representation for the petitioner today, as well as on the previous adjournment.
3. Learned Additional Government Pleader for Home is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, interlocutory applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
