The writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "(i) issue a writ, order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the authority concerned to consider the complaints of petitioner and to take appropriate action against the illegal allotment dated 23.8.2024 for fair price shop in favour of Respondent No.6 of Village Bara Sirsa, Block Manjhgawan, Tehsil Aonla, District Bareilly." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that fair price shop has been allotted to third party and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge the allotment proceedings before the appellate authority. 4.
