Impugned in this petition is an order dated 19.09.2025, whereby an application for grant of interim relief filed along with application Serial No. 26 & 28 2 CM(M) No. 464/2025 seeking condonation of delay has been disposed of by the J&K State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Srinagar. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that without affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner (respondent before the Commission), the application could not have been finally disposed of and that too without condoning the delay in filing the appeal. 7. When the learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with the fact that the main appeal along with the application seeking condonation of delay is still pending before the learned Commission and the same has not been finally disposed of, he submitted that he be permitted to lay a motion before the learned Commission for recalling/modification of order dated 19.09.2025. 8. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid.
