It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased the subject land by virtue of registered sale deeds, dated 25.04.1955 and 27.07.1959. It is further case of the petitioner that since the date of purchase, he has been in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subject property. It is further stated that the petitioner has submitted Form 6(A) application, dated 18.04.2017 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and as there was no action, he filed W.P.No.491 of 2023 before this Court and the same was disposed of by order, dated 05.01.2023, directing the respondents to take action strictly in accordance with the provisions of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 and the rules made under, within a period of six (6) weeks. Pursuant to the said order, the 4'^ respondent had undertaken an enquiry and passed order, dated 13.10.2023, whereby and whereunder accepting the claim of the petitioner and to mutate his name in respect of subject land in the Webland records.
