For Petitioner(s): N.V.Prakash V.Harishankar ORDER This petition is filed to modify the condition of deposit of the entire cheque amount i.e Rs.7,47,852/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Forty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Two Only after deducting the amount which was already deposited by the petitioners by reducing the amount in Crl.M.P.No.13938 of 2025 in Crl R.C.Nno.1091 of 2025 order dated 17.07.2025. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the second petitioner who is the director of the first petitioner is a cancer patient and undergoing treatment regularly and spending heavy expenses for his treatment https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 18486 of 2025 and unable to come up with the entire cheque deposit amount. Hence, prays to allow this petition. In view of the above fact, the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.13938 of 2025 in Crl R.C.N.No.1091 of 2025 order dated 17.07.2025 stands modified that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- to the credit of STC No.261 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Magisterial level, Ambattur within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such payment made by the petitioner, the defacto complainant is permitted to withdraw the same on proper identification of the proof.
