The records show that even previously on 29.04.2025 there was no representation either from the side of learned counsel for the applicant or learned counsel for the first informant. Further the records show that even on the first day of presentation of the matter on 29.11.2024 there was no representation from the side of learned counsel for the applicant even in the revised call but in the interest of justice, the matter was adjourned. 6.
