Petitioners are employees serving in different Sugar Mills within State of Uttarakhand. They are aggrieved by order dated 28.07.2025 passed by Secretary, Labour, Uttarakhand, whereby Tripartite Committee has been constituted for revision of pay scale of employees serving in Sugar Mills. 4. According to petitioners, members of a particular Trade Union have been inducted in the Tripartite Committee and members of other Trade Unions have been left out. It is further the grievance of the petitioners that there is no representation given to the employees serving in Cooperative Sugar Mill, Bazpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners had made a representation on 30.07.2025, followed by two more reminders submitted on 01.08.2025 & 05.08.2025. 6. Having regard to the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the Secretary, Labour, Uttarakhand to consider petitioners’ representation dated 30.07.2025 and take decision, as per law, within one 2025:UHC:7694 week from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
