The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.3181 of 2024 (State of U.P. vs. Robin and another), arising out of Case Crime No.698 of 2021, under Sections 452, 323, 307, 504 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station Deoband, District Saharanpur including charge sheet dated 30.08.2024 as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 24.09.2024, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Deoband, Saharanpur. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press the present application and it may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
