CMP(M) No. 477 of 2025 Learned Deputy Advocate General submits that in present matter, though compensation awarded by Commissioner was Rs.8,72,346.80 Ps. but at the time of filing of appeal, for non-deposit of amount with the Commissioner, it had become payable as Rs.18,87,859/- and for getting the approval for release of huge amount for depositing the same in Registry/with Commissioner for filing the appeal, considerable time was consumed before the concerned Authority and in these circumstances, appeal along with application could not be filed within the prescribed time for removal of objection(s).
