1. The present appeal has been preferred by the appellant/wife against a divorce decree obtained against her by the respondent/husband.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the agreed amount of permanent alimony to the tune of Rs.25,00,000/- has already been paid to the appellant/wife by the respondent/husband.

Learned counsel for the appellant/wife agrees with the said submission.

As such, since the parties have arrived at a mutual settlement to part ways, on the prayer of the appellant, FA No. 161 of 2025 is dismissed for non- prosecution in the light of the agreement arrived at between the parties, thereby affirming the impugned judgment and decree dated December 6, 2024 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, First Court at Arambagh, District: Hooghly in Matrimonial Suit No. 170 of 2012.
5. CAN 3 of 2026 as well as CAN 2 of 2025 are also disposed of accordingly.
6. There will be no order as to costs.
7. A formal decree be drawn up accordingly.
