This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail in respect of CBI ACB GUWAHATI Case No. RC 0172025 A0003 dated 03.04.2025. Page No.# 2/2 3. Pursuant to the interim order granted by the Court on 09.04.2025, the petitioner has already appeared and co-operated with the Investigating Officer. Ms. Kumari has also admitted about the said fact. 4. Since the petitioner is co-operating with the investigating officer, he does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his pre-arrest bail application is allowed. 5. It is hereby directed that the interim bail granted by the Court on 09.04.2025 in favour of the petitioner, Smt.
