This application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed by the applicant to quash the entire proceedings of Complaint Case No.11352 of 2024 (Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Service Limited Vs. Reema Singh) under Sections 138 of N.I. Act, Police Station- Hariparvat, District Agra, pending before the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 5, Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant shall file an appropriate proceedings for compounding of the offences under Section 147 of the N.I. Act. 3. Learned AGA on the other hand submits that he has no objection to the same. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application stands disposed of granting liberty to the applicant to prefer appropriate proceedings before the competent authority for compounding of the offences and this Court has no reason to disbelieve then the same shall be decided with most expedition strictly as per the law.
