Vikram Singh and others), under section 12 Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, Police station Sarayinayat, District Prayagraj pending before him within specified period. 4. Considering the submissions of the rival parties as well as stand taken by them, the application is being disposed of requiring the court below to decide the said proceedings with most expedition without granting any unnecessary adjournments and the order is subject to legal impediment, if any.
