Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned AGA appearing on behalf of State. 2. The instant application has been preferred with the prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No.1434 of 2019 (State vs. Arun Kumar) arising out of Case crime no. 130 of 2019 under Section 138(1)(b) of Indian Electricity Act (Amendment) 2003, Police Station Kadaura District Jalaun pending in the court of Special Judge (E.C. Act), Jalaun at Orai including impugned charge sheet dated 25.09.2019 as well as impugned cognizance/summoning order dated 4.12.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge/Special Judge (E.C. Act), Jalaun at Orai in the aforesaid case. 3. Although the order which has been supplied by learned counsel for the applicant, passed by learned court concerned is on printed proforma which is evident from the order sheet and the same has been passed in the year 2019 which is put under challenge in the year 2024. 4. Delay caused for challenging the cognizance order is nothing but the dilatory tactics adopted by the applicant to appear before learned court concerned for extending his Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Anand Mohan Pandey, Ashish Pandey Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Arun Kumar .....Applicant(s) State Of Up And 2 Others .....Opposite Party(s) cooperation for expediting the trial which will not be permitted by this court and as such entire grounds taken up by the learned counsel for the applicant for challenging the entire proceedings are not convincing, hence the instant application is liable to be dismissed. 5.
