Petitioner appears to have moved an application for payment of compensation under the 'Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvhit Beema Yojna'. It is alleged that petitioner's husband has died and her claim is covered under the scheme. Since no decision is being taken by the competent authority, the petitioner is before this Court. Learned State counsel states that an appropriate decision would be taken by the competent authority, in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this petition with a direction upon respondent no.2 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order. The petitioner shall annex all materials in support of her claim while submitting the certified copy of the order before the concerned authority.
