This petition has been filed seeking the following relief: "I. issue order or direction, in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No. 2 to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 3418/2024 (Usha Devi Vs. Muhammadali Urf Mohammad Ali) and computerized case no. T202405440203418 pending before the respondent No. 2 Tehsildar Hata, Kushinagar." 3. In view of the order this Court proposes to pass, no notice is being issued to the private-respondents. 4. It is stated that pursuant to a sale deed executed in favour of the petitioner, proceedings for mutation were initiated which was registered as Case No. 3418/2024, Computerized Case No. T202405440203418 (Usha Devi Vs. Muhammdali alias Muhammad Ali) in the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil Hata, District Kushinagar. It is stated that the matter is pending since July, 2024. 5. Under the circumstances and without entering into the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Tehsildar to endeavour to dispose of the aforesaid mutation proceedings, expeditiously, within a period of six months after giving due opportunity to all concerned.
